Exeter band “One Foot in the Groove” are a lively and talented group known for their energetic performances and engaging music. They bring a fun, groove-filled vibe to their shows, making them a popular choice for live events and parties in Devon and beyond. They cover Funk, Soul, Ska, Pop and Party Bangers from across the decades. Whilst they mainly play in the South West region (Devon and Cornwall), they are fully mobile and can play UK wide and local Europe.

Where do we play?

Weddings

We have played at some wonderful wedding venues in Devon & Cornwall and there is nothing like a Wedding Band to impress your guests with live music, provide a visual spectacle and add to the magic of your special day. If entertainment, great tunes and dancing are on your wedding tick list, then Exeter Wedding Band, One Foot in the Groove, playing your favourite floor-filling tunes are a great choice to dance the night away.

Parties

There is nothing better than a live band to add atmosphere and make your event one to remember. One Foot in the Groove are THE ultimate Exeter Party Band with floor filling songs to make your party – A GREAT PARTY. We have a set list of banging tunes that pack the dance floor, whatever the age group. Dance the night away at birthdays, corporate parties, student balls, charity fundraisers and more.

Festivals

Festivals are our “thing”. The Summer feels of warm days, grass under foot, cold beers and great tunes coming from a stage with great visuals. One Foot in the Groove have played many festivals, injecting fun and engaging audiences in a two-way experience of that thing called LIVE MUSIC. We play Anywhere we can fit!!

We create a big sound and to do that it takes a few people which means we need a bit of space to fit in. If you need an Exeter based band to play live music in your pub, Nightclub, Music Venue, Social Club, Music Festival, Beer Festival, Cider Festival, Birthday Party, Wedding or any kind of event where Live Music is key to the atmosphere you want to create, we are the band you are looking for. About One Foot in the groove


One Foot in the Groove Exeter:  Formed in 2010, originally as a Soul Band and are now a local Party Band covering Rock, Pop, Ska, Funk and Soul music from the 1960s to the present day. They play anywhere a live band will enhance the atmosphere. Put them in front of an audience and you will have a party to remember.  They are a local Exeter Covers Band but also play events all over the UK and local Europe. They’re audience driven:- playing for them, with them – not at them.
